f your goods are in stock they will be dispatched within 2 weeks or earlier of receiving your order by registered post.  Because a majority of our products are hand made the lead time for making them if longer than for a machine made garment, therefore we are limited to short production runs on some styles and cannot guarantee permanent stock availability.

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our sweaters and other products.  Please return anything purchased from us that proves otherwise and we will refund your money, credit your charge card or exchange the merchandise.  Please return items within 10 working days from receipt of your goods.   The items must be returned within 21 days of invoice date(UK customers), 28 days for Europe and rest of the world. .  All items must be returned in unused condition.
