Returns policy

If, for any reason, you would like to return your order, you can send it back to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Sale items:

You may return any of your items for any reason within 7 days of receipt of order for a credit note or exchange.

How do I return my order?

1. If you ordered through our catalogue or website, just fill in the form on the back of your invoice and put it in your parcel.
2. Please make sure that you get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
3. We do not cover the cost of returns.

Faulty goods:

In the rare and unfortunate event of your product being faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact Customer Services on 01457 761 230.

Changing or cancelling your order:

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it.
If you wish to cancel your order please call 01457 761 230 (If your order has been processed in our warehouse or been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back)
